Company History

YES…CompliScience Solutions may be the new kid on the block… but the expertise behind it is anything but new!!!

  • The firm was founded on more than 30 years of hands-on experience across biologics, cell therapy, vaccines, and sterile compounding. Our history is built on real work done in real facilities…designing them, building them, validating them, staffing them, troubleshooting them, and bringing them online for both clinical and commercial programs.
  • Before launching CompliScience Solutions, our founder held senior and executive leadership roles in some of the most technically demanding areas of the life sciences, including executive-level roles in manufacturing sciences responsible for building cGMP facilities from the ground up.
  • This work spanned organizations such as cGMP Validation LLC, Scorpius Biomanufacturing, GenCure/BioBridge Global, the University of Rochester cGMP Stem Cell Facility, and earlier foundational roles at Wyeth Vaccines, Genencor International, Kodak/Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.
  • Over the decades, this experience has included designing and validating multiple cGMP facilities, leading CMC and process development programs, building end-to-end quality systems, developing clinical-scale manufacturing                                                                                                                                                   processes, and supporting CDMO client programs, IND-enabling analytics,                                                                                                                                                                      and FDA inspection readiness efforts.
  • This history shaped our philosophy: compliance only succeeds when it is grounded in science, risk-based logic, and real-world operational experience.
