David Halverson is a senior biotechnology executive with more than 30 years of experience across the contract research (CRO) and contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) industries. He brings extensive leadership expertise spanning executive management, global business development, and commercialization strategy across both early-stage and established life sciences organizations.

David has held executive leadership roles including President and CEO, General Manager, and Head of U.S. Sales, with recent positions at Prolytix, Scorpius Biomanufacturing, Heat Biologics, and Concept Life Sciences. Throughout his career, he has led organizational growth, built high-performing commercial teams, and driven strategic expansion across analytical services, biologics development, and manufacturing platforms.
